1. Who we are and what the service is

The service is provided by [company name], [registered office], VAT / Tax ID [VAT / Tax ID], PEC [PEC], email hello@wowall.app.

WoWall is a bookmarking service: you save links to products and content on third-party websites, organise them into collections and choose whether to share them on a profile. We are not a shop, we do not sell products, we do not handle payments, orders or shipping and we do not compare prices across shops. The purchase always happens on the shop’s website.

2. Acceptance and changes

By creating an account you declare that you have read and accepted these terms and the Privacy Policy. We may change them: for relevant changes we tell you at least 15 days in advance by email or in the app. If you do not accept them you can delete your account.

3. Requirements

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• Give true information (in particular an email address you control).
• An account is personal: do not transfer it. Professional accounts (for example creators and companies) are allowed.

4. Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email: you are responsible for the security of your mailbox and of your Chrome extension token. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Content you publish

• The content you add (links, titles, bio, profile photo, uploaded images) remains yours.
• You grant us a free, non-exclusive, limited licence to store and display it according to your visibility settings for as long as you keep the account.
• You declare that you have the rights to what you upload, in particular to images.
• Your profile starts private; you can make it public and change the visibility of collections and bookmarks whenever you want.

You must not publish: illegal, violent, hateful or harassing content; content that infringes copyright, trademarks or others’ privacy; links to scams, phishing or malware; misleading links or prices; spam; fake profiles or impersonation; third parties’ personal data.

6. Links to third-party sites, prices and images

• Products, brands and images belong to their owners. WoWall is not responsible for availability, quality, delivery, returns or warranties of the shops’ products.
• The price is indicative: it is read automatically from the shop page, may be out of date, different by country or currency, or wrong. The price that counts is the one the shop shows when you buy.
• Product images are linked from the shop’s website, not copied by us. Images you upload are stored on our servers.
• The automatic price update may not work for some shops.

7. Affiliate links and sponsored content

• You can edit links and add your own affiliate or referral codes.
• You are responsible for your agreements with affiliate programmes, for complying with their rules and for declaring the income you receive.
• Duty of transparency: if a link earns you a commission or another benefit (including a product received for free) you must flag it with the “link type” menu of the bookmark (affiliate, sponsored, gifted). The label is shown to anyone viewing the profile. You must not use labels deceptively or hide a commercial relationship.
• WoWall does not guarantee earnings or the operation of third-party programmes.

8. Rules of use

You must not: access the service with automated tools (bots, profile scraping), bypass security measures, overload the system, use WoWall to send spam or harass other users, copy or share bookmarks from private profiles without the permission provided by the settings.

9. Reports and removal of content

• You can report a profile or a product with the “Report” button (also without an account) or by writing to hello@wowall.app. Give the link, the reason and your contact details.
• We review reports without undue delay and, if we remove content or suspend an account, we explain the reason to the person concerned and how to challenge the decision.
• Copyright holders can ask for an image to be removed by indicating the work, the link and their details.

10. Suspension and closure

You can delete your account at any time from “Edit profile”: deletion is immediate and permanent. We may suspend or close an account in case of breach of the terms, security risks or a request from an authority.

11. Availability of the service

We do our best to keep the service running, but it may have interruptions, errors or changes of features. Where possible we warn you in advance.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for users’ content, third-party sites, indicative prices or lost earnings. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (for example for wilful misconduct or gross negligence) or limits consumers’ mandatory rights.

13. WoWall’s intellectual property

The WoWall name, logo, software, graphics and texts belong to [company name] and may be used only as the service allows.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, the court of the place where you live remains competent and the mandatory protections of your country still apply. In other cases the court of [city] has jurisdiction.
