2. Invitation-Only & Personal Use

Wowall is currently available only by invitation.

The service is intended strictly for personal use. Sharing access, redistributing content, or using the platform for commercial purposes is prohibited at this stage.

3. Nature of the Service

Wowall is only a visual bookmark organizer.

The platform allows users to save and categorize links to external websites for personal reference and organization. Wowall does not host or store the original content from third-party websites.

4. External Content and Copyright

All images, product information, brand names, trademarks, and other materials referenced through saved bookmarks remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.

Wowall:

  • does not claim ownership of any third-party content
  • does not store or redistribute images or media files
  • only references publicly accessible webpages through links

Any intellectual property rights belong entirely to the original publishers or owners. If a rights holder believes that a bookmark should not appear on the platform, they may contact us and we will review the request promptly.

5. No Indexing or Republishing

Wowall does not operate as a search engine or content index. Saved bookmarks are intended for personal organization and private use within the platform, and the service does not aim to reproduce or republish external website content.

6. Experimental Status

Wowall is currently an experimental project and testing platform.

Features, data structures, availability, and functionality may change, be modified, or be removed at any time without prior notice. Users understand that:

  • the platform may contain bugs or incomplete features
  • stored data may be modified or removed during testing phases
  • uptime and service availability are not guaranteed

7. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for the links and content references they save. Users agree not to use the service to:

  • store illegal content
  • distribute copyrighted material without authorization
  • violate applicable laws or third-party rights

8. Limitation of Liability

Wowall is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The service owners are not responsible for:
